Better Web Development with WebKit Remote Debugging

The WebKit Remote Debugging API is extremely powerful in helping developers inspect, modify and measure metrics on web pages and applications. The API is supported by WebKit-based browsers such as Google Chrome, and the built-in developer tools in these browsers make use of it. WebKit Remote Debugging also enables developers to debug web pages being viewed on a mobile device (on Chrome on Android) using developer tools on desktop Chrome.

I had presented source code walkthroughs and demos at the 21st International World Wide Web Conference (WWW 2012) to highlight the power of this API and show how it can be used in one’s own tools.
